Privacy Policy

Linkbuilding.com (“we”) runs Linkbuilding.com and app.linkbuilding.com. This policy explains which personal data we process and why. We act as controller under the GDPR.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), language.
- Billing data: company name, address, country, VAT number. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not see or store card details.
- Order data: websites ordered, target URLs, anchor texts, articles, messages between buyers and publishers.
- Publisher data: websites you list, verification records, payout status. Payout accounts are held by Stripe.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, and logs needed to run and secure the service.
Why we use it

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe (payments, payouts, identity checks for publishers)
- Resend (sending emails)
- Railway (hosting)
- Ahrefs (we send website domains, not personal data, to fetch SEO metrics)
- The other party to an Order: buyers see the website; publishers see the target URL, anchor text, content and buyer’s company name.
Some providers are located outside the EEA; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Account data for as long as your account exists. Invoices and related Order data for 7 years (Dutch fiscal retention requirement). Technical logs for up to 30 days.
Cookies
The marketplace app only uses functional cookies needed to keep you logged in and protect forms (session and CSRF cookies). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or ask for a copy, by emailing noreply@linkbuilding.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
