Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Linkbuilding.com (the “Platform”), operated by Linkbuilding.com, based in the Netherlands (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What the Platform does

1.1 The Platform is a marketplace where buyers order guest posts and link insertions on websites (“Orders”). Websites are either listed by their owners (“Publishers”) or sourced and fulfilled by our own team (“Managed sites”, marked Fulfilled by Linkbuilding.com).

1.2 For Orders on Publisher sites we act as an intermediary and hold the payment until the Order is completed. For Orders on Managed sites we are the seller and arrange publication ourselves.

2. Accounts

2.1 You must be at least 18 and use the Platform for business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and billing details and for keeping your password secret.

2.2 We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, act fraudulently or harm other users.

3. Orders for buyers

3.1 Prices are shown in the catalogue excluding VAT. The price of an Order is the publisher’s price plus our service fee, plus VAT where applicable. You pay in full when placing the Order.

3.2 An Order is accepted when the Publisher (or, for Managed sites, we) accepts it. Orders that are declined or not accepted within 72 hours are refunded in full.

3.3 An Order is delivered when the link is published on the agreed website, points to the target URL you provided, is not marked nofollow or UGC (sponsored only where the listing says so), and the page is not blocked from search engines. We check this automatically.

3.4 After delivery you can approve the Order. If you do not object within 7 days, the Order completes automatically.

3.5 You are responsible for the content you supply (articles, target URLs, anchor texts) and warrant that it is lawful and does not infringe anyone’s rights. Publishers may decline content.

3.6 We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or other results.

4. Listing a website (Publishers)

4.1 You may only list websites you own or are authorised to manage, and must prove this before the listing goes live.

4.2 You set your own prices and terms. You decide which Orders you accept. Once you accept an Order you must publish it within the turnaround time stated in your listing.

4.3 Links must stay live, unchanged and followed (or sponsored, if your listing says so) for at least 12 months. We re-check links; removed or altered links may lead to strikes, withheld payouts and removal from the Platform.

4.4 Payouts are made through Stripe once an Order is completed. You are responsible for your own taxes. We may withhold payouts for disputed Orders.

4.5 You will not contact buyers to arrange Orders outside the Platform for 12 months after receiving an Order from them through the Platform.

5. Disputes and refunds

5.1 Either party can open a dispute on an Order before it completes. We review the Order history and link checks and decide whether the buyer is refunded or the Publisher is paid. Our decision on the dispute is final within the Platform.

5.2 Refunds are made to the original payment method. A credit note is issued for every refund.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Platform for: illegal products or content; content that is hateful, deceptive or infringes rights; private blog networks or link farms; manipulating metrics; or attempts to bypass payments.

7. Search engine guidelines

Search engines such as Google ask that paid links are marked with rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow". You decide whether and how to buy or sell links and accept the associated risks. We are not liable for any effects on your search rankings.

8. Liability

8.1 Our total liability for any claim relating to an Order is limited to the amount paid for that Order. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or lost rankings.

8.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Zwolle, the Netherlands.
